At ToxicFreeIndia, our goal is to deliver your products quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Since our platform lists both affiliate products and supplier/brand products, shipping timelines and policies may vary. Please read the relevant sections carefully before placing your order.

1. Affiliate Products (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

• If you place an order through affiliate links (Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms), shipping, delivery timelines, and logistics are entirely handled by those platforms.
• ToxicFreeIndia holds no responsibility for delivery delays, shipping issues, or courier concerns for such affiliate orders.
• Please track and manage your order directly in the respective app/website (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

2. Supplier/Brand Products Listed on ToxicFreeIndia

Currently, ToxicFreeIndia lists products from Auram Naturals, Herbs & Hills (Darjuv9 Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.), and Darjuv9 Organic India Pvt. Ltd..

(a) Auram Naturals Farm Private Limited – Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Available only if specified under promotional campaigns or offers.
• Address Details: Customers must provide a complete postal address with PIN code, email ID, and phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays.
• Dispatch Timelines:
  • If all items are in stock → Order dispatched within 3 working days.
  • If items are out of stock → Dispatch within 10 working days.
• Delivery Schedule:
  • Deliveries between Monday–Saturday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
  • No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond company control.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email.

(b) Herbs & Hills (Darjuv9 Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.) – Shipping Policy

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement (via email/phone). After this window, cancellation is not possible.
• Dispatch & Delivery:
  • Orders are carefully packed and dispatched at the earliest possible time.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and location.
• Damaged or Missing Products: Must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with proper proof (images/unboxing video).
• Special Note: Due to hygiene reasons, once delivered, returns are not accepted (except for damage/incorrect items).

(c) Darjuv9 Organic India Pvt. Ltd. – Shipping Policy

• Order Placement:
  • Orders can be placed online via the website or mobile app.
  • Customers can also pick up orders directly from franchise centers/head office.
• Payment Options:
  • Website/App Orders: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available.
• Home Delivery Schedule:
  • Local: 1–2 business days (max 2–3).
  • Outside Area: 2–3 business days (max 4–5).
  • Remote Locations: 4–6 business days (max 7–8).
  • Deliveries are made only on business days.
• Pickup Orders:
  • Available at head office, Monday–Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM).
  • Payment accepted in cash, debit, or credit card.

4. General Notes

• COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for any order placed on ToxicFreeIndia.
• Shipping charges and free-delivery eligibility may vary for each brand (e.g., Auram Naturals: free shipping above ₹999, Darjuv9: free shipping above ₹2499, etc.).
• ToxicFreeIndia only facilitates order placement and is not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen issues once the order is dispatched.
