Refund & Replacement Policy

At ToxicFreeIndia, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Since our platform lists affiliate products as well as products from multiple suppliers/brands, refund and replacement policies vary depending on the type of product you purchase.

1. Affiliate Products (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

  • ToxicFreeIndia is a participant in affiliate programs and may redirect you to third-party platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or others.
  • If you place an order through these platforms, ToxicFreeIndia holds no responsibility for returns, refunds, or replacements.
  • For such orders, you must directly apply for refunds/replacements via the Amazon/Flipkart app or website as per their policies.

2. Supplier/Brand Products Listed on ToxicFreeIndia

Currently, products from the following brands are listed on ToxicFreeIndia. Each brand follows its own Refund & Replacement Policy:

(a) Auram Naturals Farm Private Limited

Auram Naturals generally does not accept returns or refunds. However, they will support you in cases of:

  • Damaged Product → Replacement provided if reported within 2 days with invoice, images, and unboxing video.
  • Missing Product → Resent promptly if reported within 2 days with proper evidence.
  • Spoiled Product → Investigated and replaced if found genuine (natural variations in taste, aroma, or color are not considered spoilage).

(b) Herbs & Hills (Darjuv9 Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.)

Herbs & Hills offers the following policies:

  • Cancellation → Allowed within 3 hours of order placement.
  • Damaged/Missing Products → Must be reported within 2 days (images/unboxing video required).
  • Ineffectiveness of Products → Report within 7 days; coupon code may be provided.
  • Adverse Reactions → Stop use immediately and contact support. No returns for used/unsealed products.

Darjuv9 Organic India follows similar guidelines:

  • Cancellation → Within 3 hours of order placement.
  • Damaged/Missing Products → Report within 2 days with supporting proof.
  • Ineffectiveness of Products → Report within 7 days; coupon code may be offered.
  • Adverse Reactions → Stop use immediately and contact support.
  • No returns for used/unsealed products.

As ToxicFreeIndia continues to onboard more brands and suppliers, their respective refund & replacement policies will also be updated on this page. Customers are encouraged to read each brand’s policy carefully before making a purchase.

4. General Notes

  • ToxicFreeIndia acts as a platform provider and not the end seller (except in affiliate cases where Amazon/Flipkart handle policies).
  • For any disputes, customers must contact the respective brand/supplier directly.
  • ToxicFreeIndia will assist by guiding you to the correct contact, but we are not responsible for processing refunds/replacements.
