Welcome to ToxicFreeIndia.
By applying to or participating in the ToxicFreeIndia Seller Program, you (“Seller”, “You”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
ToxicFreeIndia reserves the right to approve, reject, delist, or review any product or seller in accordance with these terms.
🔹1. Platform Nature & Scope
- ToxicFreeIndia is a consumer awareness, product discovery, and recommendation platform.
- ToxicFreeIndia does not manufacture, sell, store, ship, or process payments for any products.
- All purchases, transactions, deliveries, refunds, and disputes occur directly between the buyer and the seller on the seller’s website or third-party platforms.
- ToxicFreeIndia is not a marketplace, seller, or certification body.
🔹2. Seller Eligibility
- The Seller Program is open to brands in categories such as food, skincare, personal care, wellness, and similar consumer products.
- Sellers must be willing to provide complete, accurate, and transparent product information.
- Products containing high-risk or restricted ingredients, as per ToxicFreeIndia’s internal evaluation framework, are not eligible for listing.
🔹3. Product Evaluation & Information Accuracy
3.1 Sellers must ensure that:
- All product details, ingredient lists, and claims are true, accurate, and up to date.
- No misleading, exaggerated, or false claims are made.
3.2 ToxicFreeIndia evaluates products based on:
- Information provided by the seller
- Publicly available product and brand information
- Internal safety and awareness criteria
3.3 ToxicFreeIndia’s evaluation is informational and awareness-based only.
It does not represent medical approval, government certification, or a guarantee of safety.
4. Lab Reports & Documentation
4.1 Lab reports are mandatory for all seller-submitted products.
4.2 Lab reports must be:
- From trusted and authentic laboratories
- Batch-wise and product-wise
- Current and updated (old or previous reports are not accepted)
4.3 Handmade or small-batch products are also required to be lab tested.
4.4 ToxicFreeIndia reserves the right to verify the issuing laboratory.
4.5 Lab reports are reviewed internally and are not public unless:
- Required to establish product safety, or
- The seller voluntarily agrees to make them public.
5. Restricted / High-Risk Ingredients
5.1 ToxicFreeIndia maintains an internal, category-wise list of restricted or high-risk ingredients, which may be made publicly available for consumer awareness.
5.2 This list:
- Is created by ToxicFreeIndia
- Is not issued by any government authority
- Is used only for evaluating and filtering product listings on this platform
5.3 If conflicting research exists, consumer safety will always be given priority.
5.4 ToxicFreeIndia reserves the final decision on listing or delisting based on its evaluation criteria.
6. Registration Fee, Product Limits & Pricing
6.1 Sellers are required to pay a ₹1999 Registration & Evaluation Fee (valid for 1 year).
6.2 This fee allows the seller to list up to 5 products under the same brand.
6.3 This is not a per-product fee. Sellers with fewer than 5 products are still charged the full registration fee.
6.4 Additional products beyond the first 5 are charged as follows:
- ₹500 per additional product
- Example:
- Up to 5 products → ₹1999
- Up to 10 products → ₹3999
6.5 The registration fee covers evaluation, review, documentation checks, and administrative effort.
6.6 Payment of the registration fee does NOT guarantee recommendation, ranking, promotion, visibility, or permanent listing.
7. Product Listing, Search & Recommendation
7.1 Approved products may appear on ToxicFreeIndia’s website and awareness channels.
7.2 When users search for products on ToxicFreeIndia, relevant listed products may be shown or recommended based on:

8. Changes, Updates & Non-Disclosure
8.1 Sellers must inform ToxicFreeIndia in advance of any material changes, including:
- Ingredients
- Formulation

8.2 Failure to disclose such changes may result in immediate delisting.
8.3 If required information or updated lab reports are not provided when requested, the product may be delisted.
9. Delisting, Suspension & Appeals
9.1 ToxicFreeIndia may delist a product if:
- Information is incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate
- Required documentation is not provided
- Safety concerns arise
- Seller violates these Terms
9.2 Delisting is evaluative, not punitive.
9.3 Sellers will receive a reasoned notice explaining the delisting.
9.4 Sellers are allowed one appeal, supported by valid documentation, within the time period communicated.
9.5 ToxicFreeIndia’s decision after appeal review is final.
10. Admin or Evaluation Errors
10.1 If a product is delisted due to an internal evaluation error by ToxicFreeIndia, and the product is later found to be non-compliant or unsafe:
- The product will remain delisted
- ToxicFreeIndia will issue an internal apology to the seller
10.2 ToxicFreeIndia continuously works to minimize such errors.
11. Promotion, Branding & Usage Restrictions
