At Toxic Free India, we ensure that your healthy and natural products reach you safely and on time. We follow the shipping and delivery policies of our trusted suppliers, including Auram Naturals, for all physical products.
1. Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹999 will incur a shipping charge of ₹100–₹120, depending on the location.
- Orders ₹999 or above are eligible for free shipping.
- Free shipping applies only if explicitly mentioned as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.
2. Shipping Address
- Please provide a complete and accurate postal address, including PIN code, email ID, and contact number, to ensure successful delivery.
- Double-check your PIN code and contact number before completing your order to avoid delays.
3. Dispatch Timelines
- If all ordered items are in stock, your order will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days.
- If any items are out of stock, production and dispatch may take up to 10 working days.
- We will notify you in case of any delays or exceptions.
4. Delivery Schedule
- Shipments are delivered Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Deliveries do not occur on public holidays or Sundays.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays, which are beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.
6. Delivery Area
- Currently, deliveries are available only within India.
- No international shipping is available at this time.
