At Toxic Free India, we are committed to offering you safe, natural, and healthy products. Since we work with trusted suppliers, our Refund & Cancellation Policy depends on the respective supplier’s terms. Please read carefully:
1. Physical Products (Auram Naturals & Other Suppliers)
- Dispatch & Delivery:
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days if items are in stock.
- If items are out of stock, dispatch may take up to 10 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or weather conditions.
- Return & Refund:
- Refunds/returns are processed strictly as per the supplier’s policy.
- For Auram Naturals products, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Customers must notify us within the return period mentioned by the supplier and provide proof (photo/video).
- Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping charges will be governed by the supplier’s return policy.
- Tracking:
- Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via email.
2. Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Courses, etc.)
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, once purchased, they are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Support: If you face any technical issues in accessing the digital product, our team will assist you until the issue is resolved.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
4. Future Suppliers
- Toxic Free India may collaborate with additional suppliers in the future.
- For such products, the respective supplier’s Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply and will be updated on this page.
5. Disputes
- In case of disputes, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of Katni, Madhya Pradesh, India.
